Make a difference in the life of a child. 

Help PGN in the fight against pediatric cancer! THON is a student-run philanthropy committed to enhancing the lives of children and families impacted by childhood cancer. Our mission is to provide emotional and financial support, spread awareness and ensure funding for critical research - all in pursuit of a cure. Our yearlong efforts culminate in a 46-hour dance marathon.

Since 1977, THON has raised over $168 million for Four Diamonds, providing care for 4,000 families and fund critical research to take our fight beyond central Pennsylvania and spread hope around the world. We work year round to ensure that they never have to face cancer alone.

THON is able to help families through Four Diamonds at Penn State Children's Hospital by providing financial support and creating life-long relationships between students and families. Our organization is lucky enough to be paired with four amazing Four Diamonds families; The Millers, Akrights, Wagners, and Shapiros. PGN has developed special relationships with our families over the years, as we are able to support each other as a community.

PGN has been the Top General Organization in fundraising for the last two consecutive years. Last year for THON 2020 we raised $114,131.77 thanks to our student members, friends, families, and alumni donors. Our seven dancers stood for 46 hours during THON Weekend as PGN and its THON Families joined together in the stands. We are so excited to join together again this year for THON 2021!
