Support Me

Growing up is a beautiful thing. Let’s fight for it. Make an impact in the life of a child today!

Join us in our commitment to turn childhood dreams into reality by supporting THON. This year, I am taking action by uniting with 16,500 student volunteers and over 25,000 alumni supporters in the fight against childhood cancer. Our year-long efforts culminate in a 46-hour, no-sitting, no-sleeping dance marathon each February to celebrate our survivors, remember those we’ve lost, and take a stand--all in hopes of one day dancing in celebration of a cure.

This year, I am taking action in the fight against childhood cancer. Throughout the year, I am fundraising on behalf of Delta Phi Epsilon to benefit THON in an effort to provide outstanding financial and emotional support, offset the costs of treatment that insurance cannot cover, expenses that improve the welfare of kids, spread THON’s mission world-wide, and fund critical research in pursuit of finding a cure. I am committed to enhancing the lives of children and families impacted by childhood cancer as well as building lasting relationships with the Four Diamonds families, and it is my hope that one day every child has the opportunity to live out their childhood dreams.

Since 1977, THON has raised over $180 million for Four Diamonds at Penn State Children’s Hospital, providing comprehensive care for 4,000 families and fund critical research to take our fight beyond central Pennsylvania and spread hope around the world. We work year-round to provide both financial and emotional support for our families, ensuring that they never have to face cancer alone.

In my fourth year at Penn State, I continue to be greatly involved in THON's fight!  During my first year, I participated in activities like canning weekend, celebrated 100 Days til THON, and created THONvelopes. During my sophomore year, I had a more intensive role on Delta Phi Epsilon's THON team as the THONvelope specialist. My third year was amazing because I got to make my first visit to the THON floor, to support my big, who was a dancer in THON 2020. All of my participation has enriched my passion for everything Penn State and I really enjoy this fight for the kids. I continue to look for more ways to be involved in THON as a senior and look forward to joining a THON committee in the future.

Your contribution will fund innovative research that will not only enhance treatment for children in Pennsylvania but is also giving hope to childhood cancer patients worldwide! Together, with every student, volunteer, alumnus, donor, and supporter, we can spread awareness of THON’s mission across the country and throughout the world. With your support of THON, together, we will make a difference in the lives of children nationwide. I truly appreciate any support you provide, either by making a donation or by sharing my page on social media to spread THON’s mission. Join us in the fight, For The Kids.
