Everyone deserves a chance at a good life. Let's make sure that happens.
It is finally my senior year at Penn State and I am going out with a bang by being a Dancer for Alpha Delta Phi. For those who are not familiar with how THON works, that means I will be awake and moving around for 46 hours straight from February 21 to February 23.
I never thought that I would end up being a dancer, in fact, I did not think I wanted to be one until a few short months ago. Throughout my nearly 4 years at Penn State I have had many friends take on the burden and joy of being a dancer. When I talked to them on the floor during THON and after it was over, they told me about how much of a life-changing experience it is and what it means to those in need of treatment. Getting to meet those who you are trying to hard to help is an experience that cannot be described with words.
I hope you can help me reach my goal of $300 dollars raised to end pediatric cancer once and for all.
