Dancing
FTK
Growing up is a beautiful thing. Let’s fight for it.

This year, I am taking action by uniting with 16,500 student volunteers and over 25,000 alumni supporters in the fight against childhood cancer. Our year-long efforts culminate in a 46-hour, no-sitting, no-sleeping dance marathon each February to celebrate our survivors, remember those we’ve lost, and take a stand--all in hopes of one day dancing in celebration of a cure.

Throughout the year, I will be fundraising to benefit THON in an effort to provide outstanding financial and emotional support and spread THON’s mission world-wide.

For the past two years I've been on a Donor and Alumni Relations committee where I had the opportunity to support THON's donors through benefitting and providing tours during THON weekend. Being able to have a role beyond just being a spectator THON weekend was an amazing experience to learn more about what goes in to making THON such a great organization.

For my last year at Penn State I wanted to further my involvement with THON because it is such an important part of my life. I chose to do IDC because I wanted to be able to make more of an impact through raising money as well as potentially having the opportunity to be a dancer THON weekend. I am also on a Finance committee this year and am excited to help count all of the money that we raise!

I truly appreciate any support you provide, either by making a donation or by sharing my page on social media to spread THON’s mission.
