Olivia and I were selected to dance in THON by our sorority, Phi Sigma Sigma!! We are so excited to represent them, our fraternity partner, and most importantly, our THON family! Thank you to all of our donors. It would not be possible without you. Please go over to that page and support Phi Sig instead!

Join me in our commitment to turn childhood dreams into reality by supporting THON. This year, I am taking action by uniting with 16,500 student volunteers and over 25,000 alumni supporters in the fight against childhood cancer. Our year-long efforts culminate in a 46-hour, no-sitting, no-sleeping dance marathon each February to celebrate our survivors, remember those we’ve lost, and take a stand--all in hopes of one day dancing in celebration of a cure.
Throughout the year, I will be fundraising with my friend, Olivia Clark, to benefit THON in an effort to provide outstanding financial and emotional support and spread THON’s mission world-wide. It is my hope that one day, every child will have the opportunity to live out their dreams.
Since 1977, The Penn State IFC/Panhellenic Dance Marathon has raised over $157 million for Four Diamonds at Penn State Children’s Hospital, providing comprehensive care for 4,000 families and fund critical research to take our fight beyond central Pennsylvania and spread hope around the world. We work year-round to provide both financial and emotional support for our families, ensuring that they never have to face cancer alone.
As a senior, I have been involved in THON for four years, and it is honestly the best part of my college experience. My freshman and sophomore year, I was a committee member on the THON OPPerations committee. Last year, I had the honor to be Phi Sigma Sigma's Family Relations Chair. As a senior I am not only trying to dance, but I am a part of the Donor and Alumni Relations committee.
As Phi Sigma Sigma's THON Family Relations chair, I had the opportunity to get to know our THON family, the Donovan Bertram Family. Donovan and his brothers, Aiden and Beckham, showed me how important it is to just be a kid. They have given me a very personal reason to THON because all of the time and money is worth it for them.
This year, Olivia and I are fundraising for a chance to dance in THON 2020. I want to dance for 46 hours to support kids that can't. I want to dance so kids like Donovan can have a normal childhood. However, we can't do it without your help. We need to raise at least $2,800 to be entered into a lottery, and the more money we raise, the bigger chance we have to dance for the kids.
Even the smallest donation can make a difference. Please join my in the fight to end childhood cancer!
