Join Technology in the Fight Against Childhood Cancer!

The Technology Committee works to further THON™'s mission all year long by providing crucial technical support. As well as developing and maintaining a large array of software solutions that power our fundraising efforts, events, and more at scale. All in the effort to empower others to take action in the fight against childhood cancer, whether they are on a THON Committee, Organization, or the like.

Some of these important actions include developing DASH allowing the coordination of THON Weekend and Family Carnival, maintaining THINK.org, leading a committee of first-year committee members, and much more. As well as recently leading the charge in overhauling thon.org, the online hub for all things THON.

THON Events

Since 1977, THON has raised over $236 million for Four Diamonds at Penn State Health Children's Hospital. Throughout our partnership, we have ensured that over 4,800 families have not seen a single medical bill. In addition, the local research that is being done is making a global impact so that one day, we will find a cure. Each February, THON's yearlong efforts and support for the families culminate in a 46-hour, no-sitting, no-sleeping dance marathon. By supporting THON, you will be joining a community committed to conquering childhood cancer, For The Kids®.
