MAKE A DONATIONMake a difference in the life of a child today
Help save the lives of children battling cancer by supporting THON™ Club Ski Team is taking action by uniting with 16,500 student volunteers to raise funds and awareness in the fight against childhood cancer.
Since 1977, THON has raised over $236 million for Four Diamonds at Penn State Health Children's Hospital. The Club SKi Team is coming off of a record year, raising just shy of $20,000 and we are eager for more. Throughout our partnership, we have ensured that over 4,800 families have not seen a single medical bill.
In addition, the local research that is being done is making a global impact so that one day, we will find a cure.
Each February, THON's yearlong efforts and support for the families culminate in a 46-hour, no-sitting, no-sleeping dance marathon. Only a select number of students are chosen to dance the full 46 hours on the floor of the Bryce Jordan Center. Normally we would have 2 dancers, but due to our amazing efforts last year, we have been awarded 4 dancers for THON 2-25.
Our dancers this year are Jack Scott, our team president, Blake Baughman, our secretary, Jack Crowley, our two time primary Thon chair, and Grace Edinger, a senior on the team who served as the fundraising chair last year. We are so proud and excited to see them dance the whole 46 hours and hope you will join us in supporting the children effected by this terrible disease.
By supporting THON, you will be joining a community committed to conquering childhood cancer, For The Kids®.
