Help save the lives of children battling cancer by supporting THONTM. Our organization, Kappa Delta, is taking action by uniting with 16,500 student volunteers to raise funds and awareness in the fight against childhood cancer. THONTM has raised over $200 million for Four Diamonds at Penn State Health Children's Hospital. Throughout our partnership, we have ensured that over 4,000 families have not seen a single medical bill. In addition, the local research that is being done is making a global impact so that one day, we will find a cure. Each February, THON's yearlong efforts and support for the families culminate in a 46-hour, no-sitting, no-sleeping dance marathon.
Kappa Delta is a Greek organization that works tirelessly each year to benefit THON™. With the generous support of our large alumni base, dedicated members, along with family and friends, we provide both financial and emotional support to families impacted by childhood cancer each year. Since 1973, the Greek community at Penn State has united through the Penn State IFC/Panhellenic Dance Marathon.
As an Organization, we are so passionate about THONTM as a whole. We work yearlong in the hopes that one day no parent will have to hear the words, "your child has cancer." Please Join KD in our efforts to aid Four Diamonds families in their fight against childhood cancer.
