Please join our organization, Penn State Field Hockey Club, and over 16,000 more student volunteers in taking action in the fight against childhood cancer by supporting THONTM.
Since 1977, THONTM has raised over $200 million for Four Diamonds at Penn State Health Children's Hospital. Throughout our partnership, we have ensured that over 4,000 families have not seen a single medical bill. In addition, the local research that is being done is making a global impact so that one day, we will find a cure. Each February, THON's yearlong efforts and support for the families culminate in a 46-hour, no-sitting, no-sleeping dance marathon.

Penn State Field Hockey Club is more than grateful to have been paired with our THON child Daniel since 2020 alongside the Penn State Baseball Club. It is our year-long effort to not just raise money and awareness for THON, but to make an impact on Daniel’s life. From joining us at field hockey practice, to throwing out the first pitch at baseball’s season opener, or just letting us play with his awesome toys; Daniel is a bundle of fun and joy that makes everyone on our teams wish we were 4 years old again. We are so appreciative of Daniel’s family for allowing us to spend time with them and we look forward to future activities and fun with him this year!
