MAKE A DONATION

Each year, 16,500 students and over 25,000 alumni supporters across the nation unite against childhood cancer. Since 1977, THON has raised over $168 million for Four Diamonds at Penn State Children's Hospital, providing comprehensive care for 4,000 families and funding critical research, all in pursuit of a cure. THON's year-long efforts culminate in a 46-hour, no-sitting, no-sleeping dance marathon every February.

This year, Sigma Kappa and our partner Phi Gamma Delta will be working together to do our part against childhood cancer. Our yearlong efforts culminate in a 46 hour no-sitting, no-sleeping dance marathon, benefiting the Four Diamonds Fund at Penn State Hershey Children's hospital. Our goal is to improve the lives of children and families impacted by childhood cancer through financial and emotional support.

Sigma Kappa dances for our THON families, the Kirby's , the Baptiste’s, the Smith’s, and the Knepp's, who show us everyday what true strength and resilience is. We also THON for those who are still fighting pediatric cancer and for those who have lost someone from this awful disease. Every day we are closer to finding a cure and beating cancer once and for all! Please consider donating to help end this disease, for Max, for Nick, for Rockne, for Landon, and for the Kids!

Sigma Kappa is a Greek organization that works tirelessly each year to benefit THON™. With the generous support of our large alumni base and dedicated members, we provide both financial and emotional support to families impacted by childhood cancer each year. Since 1973, the Greek community at Penn State has united through the Penn State IFC/Panhellenic Dance Marathon.
