Make a difference in the life of a child.
Help save the lives of children battling cancer by supporting THONTM. Our IDC, Amy Ronin and Julia Neely (2022), is taking action by uniting with 16,500 student volunteers to raise funds and awareness in the fight against childhood cancer. Since 1977, THONTM has raised over $190 million for Four Diamonds at Penn State Children's Health Hospital.
This year, our IDC hopes to be part of the largest student-run philanthropy in the world by entering into a weighted lottery system. After our year-long fundraising efforts, we hope to have the opportunity to stand for 46 hours against childhood cancer.
THONTM has ensured that over 4,000 families have not seen a single medical bill, which is why every donation is so important.
By supporting THON™, you will be joining a community committed to conquering childhood cancer.
Amy Ronin and Julia Neely (2022) have been working tirelessly all year with the hopes of being selected to dance in THON Weekend 2022. As seniors, we know that THONTM weekend this coming February will be the perfect way to celebrate fundraising successes, as well as being one step closer to finding a cure. We hope to give back as much as possible by earning a spot as dancers in the Penn State Dance Marathon.
