Make a difference in the life of a child.

Help save the lives of children battling cancer by supporting THONTM. Our sorority, Phi Sigma Rho, is taking action by uniting with 16,500 student volunteers to raise funds and awareness in the fight against childhood cancer. Our Four Diamonds child is Mina Rose Horan. In 2017, Mina Rose was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. In July of 2019, Mina was able to ring the bell as CANCER FREE!!!! All of her “Penn State friends” can attest to how brave and courageous she was during this time period. She found strength and beat her cancer like a true warrior. Phi Sigma Rho can not be more proud to call her our family and support her in all of her adventures. We love spending time with her and her family on trips to Hershey Park, celebrating birthdays, and on THON weekend!  Please consider donating to this amazing cause to help more children like Mina Rose.
By supporting THON™, you will be joining a community committed to conquering childhood cancer.

Since 1977, THONTM has raised over $180 million for Four Diamonds at Penn State Children's Hospital. Throughout our partnership, we have ensured that over 4,000 families have not seen a single medical bill. In addition, the local research that is being done is making a global impact so that one day, we will find a cure. Each February, THON's yearlong efforts and support for the families culminate in a 46-hour, no-sitting, no-sleeping dance marathon.

Phi Sigma Rho is a Greek organization that works tirelessly each year to benefit THON™. With the generous support of our large alumni base and dedicated members, we provide both financial and emotional support to families impacted by childhood cancer each year. Since 1973, the Greek community at Penn State has united through the Penn State IFC/Panhellenic Dance Marathon.
