Make a difference in the life of a child.

Join us in our commitment to turn childhood dreams into reality by supporting THON. This year, we are taking action by uniting with 16,500 student volunteers and over 25,000 alumni supporters in the fight against childhood cancer. Our year-long efforts culminate in a 46-hour, no-sitting, no-sleeping dance marathon each February to celebrate our survivors, remember those we’ve lost, and take a stand--all in hopes of one day dancing in celebration of a cure.

Throughout the year, we will be fundraising to benefit THON in an effort to provide outstanding financial and emotional support and spread THON’s mission worldwide. It is our hope that one day, every child will have the opportunity to live out their dreams.

Our Personal Story

The two of us met freshman year as THON chairs when our organizations were paired together in our efforts to fight against pediatric cancer. This would be the last year our orgs were paired together, however, we both developed an everlasting relationship with our THON Child at the time, Mason Smith. We have remained in close contact with Mason since then and he has continued to be a tremendous inspiration to the two of us - so much that we have joined together again in hopes of one day celebrating a cure.

Every penny helps make a difference for these kids and we are so incredibly thankful to all of those who choose to support THON!

Since 1977, THON has raised over $157 million for Four Diamonds at Penn State Children’s Hospital, providing comprehensive care for 4,000 families and fund critical research to take our fight beyond central Pennsylvania and spread hope around the world. We work year-round to provide both financial and emotional support for our families, ensuring that they never have to face cancer alone.

We truly appreciate any support you provide, either by making a donation or by sharing our page on social media to spread THON’s mission.

Caroline Fish and Matt Hoffman have been working tirelessly all year with the hopes of being selected to dance in THON Weekend 2020. Independent Dancer Couples are dedicated individuals who set up their own fundraisers throughout the year, and with the support of friends and family, obtain tickets in a lottery system in the hopes of earning a spot as dancers in the Penn State Dance Marathon.
