Make a difference in the life of a child.

The Keim Family:

(Alison: 8 years cancer free)
This family is always on the move with Alison swimming and playing lacrosse and Will, Alison's brother, playing baseball and football!  They are big balls of energy and love to participate in high energy activities (went to trampoline world, we were exhausted and sweaty, they never seemed to get tired)!  Will loves to hang out with the boys and toss the football & wrestle.  Alison is such a sweetheart and an amazing older sister.  Lauren, Alison's younger sister, is a total goofball and loves all things girly and princesses. Kim and Dave are super supportive parents and total fans of Kines Club!

The Getchis Family:
(Ryder: 2 years cancer free)
The Getchis’ joined the Kines Club THON family two years ago!  They are so excited for year 3 with us and for THON 2020!  Ryder loves to swim and hang out on their boat over the summer months.  He also started his own mini philanthropy called Ryder’s Smile Packages!  Avian, Ryder's older sister, recently graduated from high school and is enlisted in the Coast Guard (she will also kick your butt in Guitar Hero). Stacey and Ron are very family oriented and only want to see the best for their amazing kiddos!

Help save the lives of children battling cancer by supporting THONTM. Our Organization, the Kinesiology Club, is taking action by uniting with 16,500 student volunteers to raise funds and awareness in the fight against childhood cancer. Since 1977, THONTM has raised over $168 million for Four Diamonds at Penn State Children's Hospital. Throughout our partnership, we have ensured that over 4,000 families have not seen a single medical bill. In addition, the local research that is being done is making a global impact so that one day, we will find a cure. Each February, THON's yearlong efforts and support for the families culminate in a 46-hour, no-sitting, no-sleeping dance marathon.

By supporting THON, you will be joining a community committed to conquering childhood cancer.
The Kinesiology Club is a Penn State organization that participates in THON, in addition to our organization's primary purpose. Throughout the year, Organizations contribute to the efforts of thousands of Penn State students across all campuses by facilitating fundraisers, as well as providing emotional support to Four Diamonds Families.
